The Volvo PENTA series engines are known for their environmental friendliness and efficiency, but their NOx sensors are prone to failure under high load conditions. Huizhou Ruize's customized sensors have significantly improved their reliability in port machinery and mining vehicles by enhancing their thermal shock resistance (-40 ℃~900 ℃ cyclic testing). This article takes the Volvo D13 engine as an example to demonstrate how the Ruize sensor optimizes the SCR injection strategy through CAN bus data.
