Technical analysis:
The NOx sensor is a key component for diesel vehicles to meet the National VI/Euro VI emission standards. It monitors the concentration of nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas in real time (within the range of 0-2500ppm) and feeds back the data to the SCR system to control the urea injection amount. Huizhou Ruize adopts yttrium stabilized zirconia ceramic sensing technology, which enables the product to maintain a detection accuracy of ± 2% under extreme working conditions of -40 ℃~900 ℃, far exceeding the industry standard of ± 5%.
Addressing industry pain points:
In response to the problems of sulfur poisoning and water vapor interference in traditional sensors, Ruize has innovatively developed:
Multi layer protective coating: effectively blocks SO ₂ corrosion, extending lifespan to 5 years (industry average of 3 years)
Self heating design: quickly activated within 30 seconds at -30 ℃ environment, ensuring the reliability of cold start for vehicles in cold regions
Application case:
After using Ruize NOx sensors in a certain logistics fleet, the urea consumption of the SCR system decreased by 18%, saving over 70000 yuan in annual operating costs.
